We needed a walk-in shower with easy access for a family member with Parkinson’s, and it was surprisingly hard to find someone knowledgeable about ADA requirements. Several contractors provided quotes—one rushed through the visit and gave only a rough estimate, while another was knowledgeable but very expensive. Patrick from Coughlin Construction stood out. He spent hours carefully planning every detail of the shower, involved us in selecting components, and showed genuine interest in the project. During construction, he stayed actively involved—checking in with workers, ensuring they had what they needed, and coordinating inspections. After completion, he walked us through how to use and maintain the shower. The result was high-quality work with great attention to detail. We’re very happy with the outcome and would absolutely hire him again.
