Its site names Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Salem, Newton and Worcester in Massachusetts, plus Manchester, Nashua and Portsmouth in New Hampshire. What customers say is uniformly positive, but there is not much of it: a 5-star average across just seven Google ratings, and only a handful of written reviews in total. The owner's name comes up repeatedly in those reviews, which fits a shop where the person quoting the job is also on it. Its Houzz and Angi pages carry no reviews at all, so almost everything public traces back to one platform. Before booking, two things are worth pinning down. BBB has not issued a rating, saying it lacks sufficient information, and the business is not accredited — that is an absence of history at the bureau, not a mark against the work. And the founding dates do not line up: the company says 2015, BBB records a March 2016 start, and Angi lists 11 years of experience. A reasonable call for hardwood refinishing or a new wood floor on the North Shore, especially if you want the owner on the job. Given how thin the public history is, ask for recent local references, get the written estimate and workmanship warranty in hand, and confirm insurance before work starts.
