I cannot recommend Crack B Gone enough. We had water coming in our basement on and off for a year. Got quotes and estimates from multiple companies that only tried to upsell us on incredibly expensive and unnecessary services. Finally we found Crack B Gone, and Steve did a fantastic job. Cracks are sealed, tested, and there is zero water. Im so happy we found this company. Highly recommend over every other company in the Connecticut area.
I had a crack in my garage wall that needed repair, and Steve took care of it quickly and professionally. He showed up on time, explained the process, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and it comes with a lifetime warranty, which really shows confidence in his work. Highly recommend. Will definitely call him again.
This was an excellent service. We had large cracks and pinpoint cracks throughout the foundation of our old home. First Steve worked on the crumbling brick layer and then used injections in the brick and cement to stop leaks. It took a few times to get all leaks stopped but Phil was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and cost was good. Absolutely would recommend. He does a good job for a fair price and takes care of his customers! P.S. circling the leak points with a sharpie when it’s raining is helpful to get them all fixed at once!
The house I grew up in had a crack top to bottom since it was built in the early sixties. It would leak every so often and my father would put a hydraulic cement to stop the water from coming in. Last week it rained heavily and it leaked again. I contacted Steve at Crack B Gone and repaired the foundation crack permanently with a lifetime transferable guarantee. Hydraulic injection directly into the crack is the most effective method.
I hired Crack-B-Gone to address some settlement cracks in my foundation slab and a vertical crack in my foundation wall. I plan on finishing my basement and wanted a professional assessment and repair before closing up the walls and floor. Scheduling an appointment with Steve was a breeze and he provided an estimate on the spot. In speaking with Steve it is clear that he is someone who posseses a deep understanding of structures and these types of repairs. I'm very pleased with how the work turned out. Steve worked methodically and even an untrained eye can see that this was not simply some handyman patch job. These were permanent repairs. The work is also backed by a transferrable lifetime warranty. I would strongly recommend this company if you have any foundation cracks that you never want to worry about again.
