Crawford Inspections NH

Crawford Inspections NH is a locally owned, family-owned New Hampshire home-inspection company run by Ben Crawford. The company says Ben started it after his own home-buying experience showed him the importance of a careful inspection. Its listed work includes residential and pre-sale home inspections plus radon and water testing. The written customer history is positive but small: two Google reviews spanning December 2022 to September 2025, while Google displays a 5-star average from nine ratings. In September 2025, a homeowner described Ben as extremely thorough and said he approached the inspection as if he were buying the home himself. A December 2022 reviewer described two experiences and praised his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. The company website states that Ben is a member of the National Society of Home Inspectors, received training through the Professional Home Inspection Institute, and provides EPA-approved short-term radon testing. Those are company-reported qualifications, so homeowners who need a particular credential or test protocol should confirm its current status and exactly what documentation will be included. Crawford Inspections NH looks best suited to buyers, sellers, or homeowners seeking a residential inspection or focused testing in New Hampshire. When booking, confirm the inspection scope, report turnaround, and whether radon or water testing is included or priced separately.
