In that 2023 review, the customer said he found many more things than they had assumed, helped set a timeline for dealing with each item, and was able to come quickly.
David was amazing. It was my first home and he showed me everything as he noticed things. I had another person come thru at the same time for a different quote and David continued inspecting and came to me with things he found. I even had a concern about the subfloor and with my permission he took it out to inspection and gave me great advice on how to fix the minor issue found. His report was timely and super easy to read with notes and pictures. Great experience. If I ever buy another house will definitely hire him again.

We had to buy a house with a waived inspection (like many do in this market) but we wanted an inspection after close so we were not worried about the safety of our family in the house. He found many more things than I would have assumed, and was able to help provide a frame of reference for what was a good timeline to deal with each item. If you are buying in town, I can definitely recommend this guy. So incredible thorough…. Friendly… and was able to come really quickly.
