That 2020 customer called his execution meticulous and said he was in constant contact throughout. In a 2021 Houzz review, a customer said Rick renovated their kitchen and stayed in constant communication through the project. A 2019 Houzz reviewer said Rick and his crew had completed several projects for them, the last a custom master bath that expanded into the old walk-in closet and relocated the closet. In a 2018 Houzz review, a customer celebrated Christmas in a newly renovated basement and said Rick organized everyone and supervised them all. In a 2018 Houzz review, a customer said Rick did over two bathrooms in their home and finished in exactly the time frame he gave. In a 2020 Houzz review, a customer said Rick provided a very detailed contract on their bathroom remodel and kept them updated on changes as the job went on. In a 2016 Houzz review, a customer who contacted Rick for a full kitchen remodel said his proposal was very detailed and that he worked with them to bring the project within their budget. A 2016 Houzz reviewer said their construction was done on time, and that while they could not say it was on budget, that was not Rick's fault.
