A recent customer said a mother squirrel and her babies were moved out of the attic over a number of days using humane methods, and new custom louver vent guards went over each of five gable end vents. That customer named Jesse as the owner. A property manager on the Seacoast said Jesse evaluated a red squirrel infestation and Fox, the lead technician, and his crew did the exclusion work. In a house infested with 20 birds in 8 different locations, a recent customer said Fox closed the holes and cleaned up the mess. A recent customer said animal friendly traps caught their woodchuck within a couple of days. In a 2023 review, a customer said Fox sealed the attic and put in one-way bat doors, with no sign of bats three weeks later. A 2021 customer said Jesse arrived inside 10 minutes on a Sunday, retrieved a bat and had it in Concord for rabies testing by Monday morning. Called Tuesday, showed up Wednesday and gave me all the information I needed and were very informative and knowledgeable about the service I needed. Update on service: After a fast initial visit, they came 1 more time to install the system and said they'd be back to complete it in August or September when they can legally close the traps and keep critters out. After a few phone calls with the same answer each time of "we are waiting for the right time due to weather or time of year". With no visit now since May, they now don't answer calls or messages. Do not use this company.
We spent over 4k for rat and bat service. We still have both. There was very poor communication and when we were billed for trap check that we have been rebaiting and emptying, I concluded service. They never reached out in follow up. I came home today, the traps are gone. They never said they would be out to take them. Very unprofessional group. Nice people but a fail on service. A very expensive lesson learned.

I manage properties on the Seacoast and hired Critter Control NH to do some exclusion work for one of my customers. The property had a red squirrel infestation issue. Jesse came out and evaluated the situation, met with the homeowner to review their process and gave them an estimate. Fox, the lead technician and his crew arrived and did an amazing job working on the building. They were very careful during the exclusion process with a great attention to detail. They went above and beyond, making sure that the job was done properly. I would highly recommend them.
