Miguel was a great communicator, even though he had to reschedule, he was very adamant about letting us know when he was free. He cleaned and repaired our house that same day in addition to fixing a flue damper that was essentially absent. Many thanks to this trustworthy and knowledgeable business.
Can’t speak on their actual service since no one came when the appointment came around, but I booked an 8:30am appointment, then a day before the appointment I got a text saying they’ll be at the location between 11-1pm, called and the same person who booked the appointment told me they’d let the tech know. No one showed up. Called again and was told they’d get in touch with their tech and call me back, no one called me back lol
I recently had wood-burning inserts installed for two fireplaces. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled. It all begins with the welcoming mother-daughter duo in the office. They are always busy, yet they make sure you feel valued and attended to. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be a lifelong customer and will highly recommend CST Meridith Chimney Repair And Roofing Services, NH to anyone in need of Chimney Repair And Roofing Services.
