Granite Ridge Chimney LLC

SUUUUCH a pleasure working with this crew!! They installed my wood stove chimney - built it all the way through the roof and everything! They even explained that I needed something on the roof to keep snow from affecting the chimney (pushing it off) which I'm SO glad about! And they were able to (somehow) lift the stove and move the hearth around because we weren't up to code (and I'm SO grateful they had that capacity! We had like 6 guys bring it in!). And SUCH INTEGRITY!. They get back with you when you contact them, they show up when they say they will, they do high quality work.....I mean seriously it's just a really good scene overall!! I feel like this was a WIN - very fair pricing by the way (lowest bid!!) and it's the kind of thing where I wished they could do MORE as I'm having trouble finding good help in other areas of my house. So THIS IS THE WIN team, hire these people!!

I have had a very positive experience working with Kris and Kim at Granite Ridge Chimney on an exterior chimney repair project on an older chimney. Kris is very thorough, fair, reliable and professional, qualities that are not always easy to find in a vendor! I recommend Kris highly, and plan to use Granite Ridge in the future for additional projects.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Kris’s service. From start to finish, he was professional, communicative, and incredibly reliable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept us updated throughout the process, which we really appreciated. His pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent service with such great communication. We’ll definitely be working with Kris again in the future!

Kris and Kim are the absolute best! This is the second year we've used their services, and they are the only chimney service I would recommend or use. Last year we had a complete inspection (since we just purchased the property), new wood stove installed, repairs to the masonry on the hearth, and a new flue liner. I am impressed by the quality of Kris's work, the quick responses to questions, and their punctuality.

Kris and Kim responded promptly to any questions or concerns via email and from start to finish were transparent on my pellet stove install -- both the materials and the process. When a specialized part unique to my chosen stove didn't arrive by the scheduled day of install, they promptly spoke to the supplier and within a couple days everything was together and working neatly and professionally. Would highly recommend you check out Granite Ridge Chimney for chimney inspections, repairs, and replacements/installation. Couldn't be happier with the result.
