They were able to accommodate us quickly, their pricing felt fair, and we were very happy with the work they completed. Trey did an especially great job cleaning and treating the affected areas. He even cleaned one of our windows so thoroughly that it honestly looks brand new again! Overall, the entire process was straightforward and we have no complaints. We called Trey to come take a look at our new house after we experienced a few months of extreme humidity in our basement. We noticed some fuzzy hairline growth on the wooden hand railing and knew we had a problem. Having owned a condo for years, it was a bit foreign to run a dehumidifier in a basement 24/7, so we didn’t. That was a mistake! But Trey came and did a thorough search not only in the problem zone but throughout the entire house. Thankfully the rest of the house was fine, but we had to remediate the basement. There was mold on some of the walls, the wooden hand railing, the exposed wall framing, and the ceiling insulation. Trey walked us through the entire process of what we could expect and then got back to us the next day with two quotes - one to remediate the basement mold and one to completely gut the basement with remediation. The quote to gut the basement was only because we asked about it, but he suggested all we need is the lower cost option of basic remediation. Very much appreciate his honestly to save us money. The team arrived on the day of service and got to work. They got everything cleaned up and then fogged the entire basement to kill any lingering mold spores. This was a 2 day job. They set up a dehumidifier and two air scrubbers to cleanse the room. When we finally got to go see the work after the fogging was done, it was like an entirely new climate. The remediated part of the basement also looked like brand new wood was installed. That’s how effective they were. They cleaned the entire floor and made the room look great. During the time the team was removing the mold, we bought a dehumidifier with pump online. Trey and his team helped us install this new dehumidifier so the basement will remain mold free. I promise this company is highly professional, very thorough, priced very fair, and are truly honest. There’s a very big difference with a company who is just looking to get the job done so they could get paid and one that actually cares the job gets done right. This company actually cares. If you have any mold issues or suspect anything to be wrong, call them. They are responsive and a pleasure to work with.
