CT Pro Water Services LLC

CT Pro Water Services LLC works on the lines that bring water into a property and carry sewage out: its website lists sewer line repair and installation, water line repair, installation and pressure testing, leak detection and fire hydrant services. The company says it has been in business for 30 years. A recent Google customer in Derby says they came to see a main water line leak under the driveway and fixed it the next morning. A 2026 customer said they messaged the company at 9pm, it came out at 7:30 the next morning, and the water was running in less than an hour, after four other companies over nine days without water could not help. A 2026 review from a condominium complex in New Canaan said ConnPro was called to assess two serious water leaks, detected the problem and coordinated the solution with Aquarion and the necessary contractors. A 2025 customer said one visit for leak detection saved thousands of dollars and a plan to dig up the pipe. A 2025 review from a homeowners association said the company had flushed and inspected the association's three fire hydrants for several years and provided detailed reports after each service. A 2024 customer said the company fit them in and replaced a broken service line the next day, a week before Christmas. A 2023 customer said Bobby and his crew connected them to city water and left things tidy. A 2023 customer who had their home hooked up to city water described Pat and Bobby as punctual, thorough and transparent. A 2024 reviewer described a contractor named Pat yelling, cursing them out on a property and calling them names over a job the company did not get.
