poor customer service cannot recommend this company very disappointed
We recently made the switch to Cubby since they are a more local and family-owned company, and you can certainly tell the difference between them and the larger energy company we used before. From Nancy's communication, to Dana stopping by to get us setup, to Bill fitting us in for a tune-up, to Ronnie coming and doing the tune-up. Everyone has been friendly, prompt, and thorough, which is very appreciated after coming from our previous company, where it was not like that at all. I'm excited for our home to be working with Cubby!

Everything went great the service technician, Bill was great. He’s actually completed a service at my home before, so he was very familiar with my home, basement and burner.
My experience so far was great, they came immediately and the technician was polite and fixed it within two days! Looking forward to working with Cubby in the future as my new oil company.
