Custom Bath and Kitchens works out of 14 Brent Dr in Hudson and is hired mainly to gut and rebuild a single bathroom, with kitchen renovations a close second. Its Better Business Bureau listing also names replacement windows and vinyl siding among the services on file, alongside tub liners, tile, vanities, flooring, lighting and plumbing. Google carries a 4.8-star average across 201 ratings, and the reviews read like a company with a payroll rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors. The same two-person crews recur month after month — Thiago and Kener, Diemerson and Marcelo, Rener and Jhony, Marcone and Vinicius — alongside named designers, project managers and a painter, Silvani. Customers describe complete bathrooms finished in three to six days, hallways and closets sealed off before demolition, runners laid over floors, and a full clean-up every evening. One homeowner in May 2026 said having a single crew handle installation, plumbing and electrical cost a little more than other bids but was worth avoiding the headache of multiple subcontractors; another in June 2026 said the company finished a project other contractors had abandoned. Reviewers also mention crews returning for adjustments and touch-ups after the job, and several are repeat customers. The complaints are about the office rather than the tradework. In a January 2026 review a homeowner praised the designer and both installers but said the project manager walked into their house without introducing himself and never fully explained the installation schedule. In an August 2025 review a customer said the owner chastised them for asking about prices on different materials during quoting. An April 2025 review described an installation that ran four months, a lock that did not work and had to be fixed at the customer's own expense, and a shower head that turned out not to be the model the contract had led them to expect — replaced under warranty, but with an installation charge offered on top. Reviews also place the company beyond Massachusetts: customers write about Custom Bath and Kitchens of Nashua and one signs off from Salem, New Hampshire, so the same operation covers southern New Hampshire as well as MetroWest. This is a good fit for a homeowner who wants one bathroom or kitchen rebuilt quickly by a single in-house crew and cares about the house staying livable during the work. Before signing, get the completion date, the crew assignment and the exact fixture model numbers written into the contract, and ask who the project manager will be and how they will keep you updated.
Thank you to the team for remodeling our kitchen. I highly recommend designer Kathy, tilers Walacy and Tallest, and jack-of all trades Dremerson and Marcelo. They worked hard to make my vision reality and give us usable kitchen features during the reno. The cabinet installer was fantastic and put in an extra-long day to finish the install.
Thiago and Kener did an outstanding job replacing warn sweep and water guide and door closing edge on shower door. Guys worked diligently and went over and above to insure the glass doors were spotless and now they look like brand new doors and we couldn’t be happier!!
Renee and Johnny are top notch. They are Master craftsman with their expertise in tile skills. We had two bathrooms done and they are equally beautiful. They are professional, punctual, and leave the job site neat and clean during entire project. I would highly recommend this team.
After using our remodeled master bathroom for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the result. The selection of cabinets and walk in shower materials and accessories hit the mark. The estimated time to complete the job was only about 6 days. We had issues with a cabinet that had to be replaced, which added a few days. I was amazed at the workmanship and ability to modify things as we went along.
Romenik did an excellent job finishing the painting on the new bathroom from Custom Bath and Kitchens. Very satisfied with the job.
