Thoroughly disappointed with my experience using Custom Kitchens. There were multiple issues and lots of promises to fix them but absolutely no follow through. -drippy paint job on the cabinets -warped doors that were “fixed” by adding magnets even though I paid extra for soft close and doors are still warped/don’t close correctly -peeling veneer when supposed to be solid wood -floating shelves not level -drawers that do not stay on the glides/ fix and next time you open them they are off again -glue showing through -forced to use granite/stone company of their choosing stating any issues they would deal with and did not: *selected white glossy quartz and got a dull ugly beige with a crack and was told that is what I ordered and should use soft scrub on the crack *installed chipped/repaired counter without telling me Photos added along with a transcript from a voicemail from Tom promising to fix the doors but of course never showed up.

Great place for custom cabinets.

Very rude woman who answered phone, would not allow me to talk to a sales rep. Going elsewhere

We recently remodeled our kitchen and first floor bathroom and were lucky enough to be recommended to Custom Kitchens for the cabinets and design in both spaces. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the showroom offers you the perfect space to see all the different cabinets, features, hardware, and paint options just as they would appear in your home which is SO helpful when making selections! Jenn, Denise, Tom and Jeff were all extremely knowledgeable and always available throughout the process and truly helped to make the most of the space we had by custom making functional and beautiful cabinets for both the kitchen and bath. The entire process from initial meeting to installation was seamless, communication was great, and the end product is beyond what we even imagined! Superior quality! We could not love our new cabinets more!!! Thanks Custom Kitchens!

Nothing custom about this place! There are few options to choose from and they will not make any accommodations. They will make promises and not follow through after payment is made. I had told them in the beginning I had a specific stain color in mind and didn't see any color they offered that I liked. they said they could match the color from the door sample I had so we went through with the design and payment. After receiving 2/3rds of the money and just 1 week before the install date I was told that they wouldn't match the stain I wanted and that in order to get that color I had to try and find it myself. NO Apologies whatsoever! Just an oh well, we don't care attitude!
