Customized Plumbing and Heating

Water heaters come up in six of Customized Plumbing and Heating's written reviews, and Joe is the name customers use. The Westbrook company holds 4.7 stars from 241 HomeAdvisor ratings, and its written reviews there run from 2019 to 2026. In a June 2026 review, a customer said Joe had fixed and installed plumbing in and around their house for years. The jobs customers describe are specific. In a July 2025 review, Cheryl and Jim Taylor said Joe had recently replaced their water heater and, before that, their kitchen sink. In 2021, a condo resident whose association insurance required replacing water heaters over ten years old said he came back a second time because the building's water had to be shut off, moving the washer and dryer on each visit. Another 2021 customer said the install in an older home was not standard, but he worked through the challenges and finished on time. A 2020 reviewer said a water heater was replaced in about an hour. In a June 2021 review, a customer capping water lines for a bathroom renovation in Cumberland Foreside said Joe came out within hours when they sprang a leak, on a referral from another plumbing outfit that could not get to it. One account went the other way. In a 2020 review, a customer said the company installed a propane-fired on-demand water heater at a reasonable price and it works well, but when they reached out later about a smaller plumbing need, they got no callback. HomeAdvisor lists Maine trade licence MS90013872 for the business.
