BBB's profile at that same Methuen address lists a sole proprietorship of three employees under owner Richard F. Latulippe, with a file opened in 1979. Three of the nine Google reviews describe an appointment the next day; another says a technician arrived within five hours. Names recur: Erin at the office and Mike, who installed an R-18 insulated garage door in July 2026; a father and son who replaced cables and put in a new opener in May 2026; a tech named Rick who, in April 2026, fixed a door that wouldn't open more than a few inches in under ten minutes and charged a low service call fee. Four reviewers describe the price as reasonable or the lowest of the quotes they collected.
