Initially was told multiple day job, day of job showed up at 3pm and stayed till 9:00pm. No idea why initial plan changed. Also, the owner who looked at job didn’t do one thing or inspect after. It looks terrible and I’m going to have to redo. I paid this guy just so I could get him out of my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone that wants a finished product done correctly. I wouldn’t have been so upset if price was reasonable, but $875 for about 6 hours of labor seems especially high. This was made extra evident when the worker who was here kept saying he didn’t know why this two day job was being rushed to one day. When I called to ask about why things changed and why price was so high for a rush job I was told “should have handled that before signing contract”.
Paul clearly explained the scope of work that needed to be done. It was more than I’d planned but I am pleased with the outcome. It started pretty much on time and progressed steadily to completion over two weeks. They were always courteous and professional. They focused on doing the job correctly which I appreciated.
