DAD HVAC did an excellent job installing our new A/C unit (and cleaned did maintenance on our other units) at our home in Sherborn. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and got the new unit installed fast. They were trustworthy, hardworking, and took the time to walk me through all my options so I felt comfortable with the decision. Their team was also very careful and respectful in the house, keeping everything clean and making sure they didn’t track in dirt. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend DAD HVAC.

I hired Denys to run new ducts to two rooms on the second floor (the previous owners bizarrely removed them) and install AC in our existing heat-only central air system. He sealed and insulated around the existing duct work first to prepare for the new AC. Running new ducts was tricky but he and his crew did a fantastic job with them. They carefully sized the new ducts and used rigid ducts all the way, no flex ducts, and installed custom boxes at the registers because the registers were older and probably installed with the original central air system a long time ago. They had to cut through drywall and plaster in a few places to run the new ducts but his crew protected everything with plastic sheets and used a vacuum as they went to minimize the amount of dust. The crew is friendly and professional and kept the work area tidy and cleaned up after they were done. I have had a great experience overall and I would highly recommend DAD HVAC and also wouldn't hesitate to go to them again for future work.

I’ve used Denys’ HVAC service twice – once in the summer of 2023 and again in the summer of 2025 – and both times I was impressed. The first time, I thought one of my AC units wasn’t cooling properly and suspected low refrigerant pressure. Denys arrived exactly as agreed, checked both units thoroughly, and confirmed everything was in perfect condition. He explained clearly, asked me to start the system, and after waiting about 20 minutes, it worked exactly as it should. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to oversell me anything unnecessary or charge extra – just honest and professional service. The second time, this summer, I scheduled a routine check for both AC units. Again, Denys was punctual and efficient. One unit was fine, and the other needed only a small refrigerant top-up (just a couple of ounces). He came prepared with professional tools, worked quickly, and left everything in top shape. What stands out is how easy he is to work with – scheduling took no more than a couple of messages, even during the busy summer season, and I never had to wait long. Denys is fair, trustworthy, and very easy-going. I’ll definitely continue to rely on Denys for all my HVAC maintenance and repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

Great service! Denis is a very competent HVAC professional who knows his field very well. He is very responsive and reliable. We are doing a large renovation and Denis was very helpful with several HVAC challenges that we encountered during our process. He is also very nice and professional as a person, always answering all of our questions thoroughly and patiently.
