That is the kind of story that keeps turning up around this Londonderry company, which the website says Don Daigle started in 1998 as a pool maintenance and repair outfit before it grew into Daigle Pools. Today it installs in-ground and above-ground pools, swaps liners, opens and closes pools for the season, chases leaks, and sells supplies out of its Mohawk Drive store. Its Google page averages 4.4 stars across 97 ratings, with 26 written reviews running from 2022 to 2026. The installation reviews are the strongest part. In an August 2026 review, a customer who was the first dig of the season hit groundwater about five feet down and had to wait months for the water table to drop — frustrating at the time, they wrote, and worth the wait. A July 2026 reviewer said every date given for their in-ground pool was spot on. A June 2025 review describes a 20x40 liner replacement pushed through rain and groundwater, and in an August 2023 review a homeowner whose in-ground pool had been leaking for three years said Daigle found the leaks. The complaints cluster on what happens after the sale. A 1-star April 2024 reviewer said a $400 opening left the pool not swimmable and that no tech came back. A June 2022 reviewer with a three-year-old install reported leaks in the return lines and said the pipe used was the wrong choice for a pool. A May 2022 reviewer put a heater quote at nearly $2,000 above what they found elsewhere.
