An April 2026 Google reviewer said Brian quickly identified a long-standing pool problem and had everything fixed within a week, with responsive communication and fair pricing. A June 2026 reviewer described a replacement heater supplied at cost with a reasonable installation fee; they also said Brian addressed a couple of smaller concerns without an additional charge during that visit. Another customer, writing in June 2026, said repeated attempts to schedule service led to requests to call back and reschedule. They reported that Brian then stopped answering calls, texts and voicemails. A July 2026 reviewer praised friendly, prompt service. Based in Auburn, New Hampshire, the company says it designs, sells, installs, services and repairs both in-ground and above-ground pools. It describes itself as family-owned and operated by Brian and his son Chad, and says it has installed pools in New Hampshire since 1980. Its stated work includes excavation, patio work, pool plumbing, filtration systems, water delivery, seasonal openings and closings, and liner replacement. Older customers described equipment and structural work around their pools. In October 2025, a Google reviewer said Brian and his team replaced a skimmer and skimmer line, dismantled and removed a deck, and handled other pool-related tasks. A July 2024 reviewer praised installation of a pool pump and heat pump. In a June 2023 review, a customer who had asked for a replacement pump said the existing one was repaired instead. Their update said it was still working in its third season, though it had become louder. An older Houzz complaint also deserves attention: a reviewer writing in May 2018 warned against hiring Brian for an above-ground pool. Google reports 4.6 stars from ten ratings, while Houzz reports three stars from two. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and identifies it as accredited.
