The stated territory is Greater Boston and the towns ringing it — Brookline, Cambridge, Newton, Needham, Milton, Braintree, Plymouth and more — and the reviews track that map closely, with Needham and Boston-area purchases coming up repeatedly. That makes him a reasonable call for buyers and sellers inside that footprint, particularly ones who want an agent who argues price from numbers rather than instinct. The site also names a second team member, Mario DeCristofaro, and several reviewers describe working with "Dan and his team." If you want Gorfinkle himself at the showings and across the table in a negotiation, ask up front who will actually be handling your file.
