I had a sewage back up, they were able to get down here quick and after some hard work, they were able to get things squared away. Quality workmanship, fast service, and great banter.
Dan Terry Plumbing….Where to begin? His guys are professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely fair! What more could you ask for from a company. I can’t see calling anyone else. Thank you guys…They fixed a longtime problem, no one could figure out!!! MY GUYS!!!
Called say I have a leak, They called back in a timely manner, we agreed on a day. I Received a call latter that day to tell me He has crew that can come do the repair today. The techs did a great job at a fair price. Very professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone that needs a quality repair.
I would not use this company the owner Shawn was so rude and condescending and sounded extremely angry on the phone with me when I asked him where my estimate was his comment to me was I am not the only customer and that he would get the estimate when he could. Wow!!
Professional guys who know what they're doing. They explain everything if you have questions. All their recommendations have been good ones. Followup afterward with customer. A+
