JET Plumbing is a plumbing business that a 2026 customer called the plumber to keep on speed dial in the West Hartford area; that customer described Tony fixing an emergency leak, repairing a toilet upstairs and installing a new toilet downstairs. A recent customer whose water heater started leaking over a weekend left a message on Saturday and got a call back within a few hours with directions to shut off the water. On Monday, Tony delivered a new water heater and installed it the same day. A recent customer said Tony and his brother replaced a steam boiler in the dead of winter and added a new water tank. A recent customer with a leak emergency said Tony walked them through shutting off the water by phone until he arrived. In 2025, a customer said Tony replaced five shut-off valves and was transparent about pricing. A 2025 customer wrote that he found the source of a leak in the basement and fixed it for a fraction of what a larger company had proposed. A Reddit commenter in r/connecticut wrote in 2026 that they had good service from Jet Plumbing. Its Connecticut plumber licence, PLM.0288354-P1, is active on the state registry, held by JET Plumbing LLC.

Tony is the best! He has rescued us from many a plumbing problem. Whenever we have an issue, he’s our first call. Would highly recommend him.
Tony came to the rescue once again. We had a kitchen sink emergency and Tony came out the next day and did a repair on the pipes that saved a lot of money and got the water flowing and helped get us a new faucet under warranty from the manufacturer. What a great guy! So easy to work with. I’d never call anyone else for any plumbing problem.
JET Plumbing was recommended to me and I'm happy I reached out. Tony was able to come out on quick notice and performed maintenance on my water heater. He did a great job and he explained what he was doing as he went through it. He called ahead before arrival and was very kind and professional. I would recommend him to anyone around that's looking for a great plumber!
If you searched up and down the East Coast, you’d never find a better plumber! Tony and his assistant, Eric, have done a lot of jobs for us over the years and every one of them was perfect: reasonable rates and quick, smart, friendly, competent service. Absolutely the BEST!!
My water heater started leaking over the weekend, so I called Tony and left a message on Saturday. He promptly called me back within a few hours and ensured I understood how to turn off the water supply to prevent further damage. On Monday, he delivered a new water heater and installed it the same day. Tony was incredibly friendly, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything step-by-step as he worked. I’ll definitely be returning to Tony for a whole-house water filter soon and any other plumbing issues that may arise in the future.
