The same 2018 reviewer said that when their water heater died, Dan was there the next day with a new unit. In a 2022 Angi review, a customer whose radiator burst at a new property said Ian from Cadotte Plumbing and Heating got back quickly, found a replacement radiator of the right dimensions and installed it the next day for a "very reasonable price." A 2020 Angi reviewer said Chris installed a new water heater and tested the system to make sure it worked. A 2019 Angi reviewer said Daniel sent an estimate by email from photos, and that his employee Chris showed up on time, fixed the problem, cleaned up and charged exactly what Daniel had estimated. A 2025 BuildZoom reviewer wrote "Arrived when expected. Work area cleaned up." and called the price within today's standard range. In a 2005 Angi review, a customer who had gone through 2 plumbers on a frozen pipe problem said Daniel had the heating system working within a little over an hour.
