I bought my condo in February of 2014. For almost that long, I had been searching for a contractor to expand & remodel my bathroom. When contractors did show up for assessments, I found it difficult to track down any type of written estimate. When I did, the numbers were bottom line only and seemed suspiciously high or low. They ranged from 5K to 30K for the same job! I found Dmitriy on Houzz and found the entire experience to be shockingly easy. He scheduled an assessment for the next night and showed up on time. He told me he would send an estimate by the end of the week and sent it on time. Right through to the completion of the project, I was happy with the professionalism that Dmitriy and his team displayed. From the first contact to finished project, the work was done in exactly 6 weeks and the original estimate was adhered to. All in all, I am thrilled with the finished product. I would recommend Dmitriy to anyone in need of a remodeler.
