I texted Darren about a leak in my basement originating from my bathroom sink and he was willing to come by my house that very day (on a weekend) to diagnose the problem. When it turned out my bathroom faucet needed replacing, he made time the following week to replace the not only the faucet, but also the old, poor quality plumbing under the sink. The new plumbing is stellar, and he gave me a great deal on the price. Also, he's just a really nice, personable guy. :)
