Dave Davidson Remodeling

We hired Dave to remodel our bathroom which included gutting and replacing the tub with a shower stall. From day one to completion Dave communicated with us throughout the entire process sharing his many years of experience keeping in mind the future needs we may have. Dave does most of the construction himself with help from his assistant Kyle and plumber Ray, all paying attention to detail. We love that we have a bathroom that will be easy to use into our sunsetting years. Thank you Kyle, Ray and of course Dave for a job well done.

Dave spent several sessions with us prior to arriving at a decision to proceed with our full Master Bath remodeling, helping us map out a viable plan to proceed. Once the plan took shape, he laid out our contract, and recommended several contractors for us to consult for the bathroom and shower tile, vanity quartz tops, all bath and shower fixtures, tub, sinks, and glasswork. Each contractor Dave recommended was very professional, had worked with Dave on other jobs, and was very professional in their field. The key people - the plumber and electrician - were licensed and proved their worth. The team he organized worked together extremely well. Dave himself was always prompt, arriving when arranged, and staying until the job was at a proper stopping point. He also took time to help us understand the work at it progressed. We reworked the dimensions of the plan along the way as we decided to expand the vanities and plan a central tub area. Dave oversaw all aspects of the job from the initial rip-out through each phase of the construction. He handled all permits and inspections. He did most of the painting himself with excellent results. When we told Dave we wanted a specific woodworker for the vanities, Dave accepted that and worked with them to smoothly incorporate their parts into the whole. All in all, Dave delivered on his contract and gave us the product we not only wanted but also imagined. We highly recommend Dave for any similar work in any home. Photos are forthcoming.

Dave has done two major projects for us. Two years ago, He built a new bathroom from a former storage room and more recently he knocked down a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room, installing a beam. He gave us all new floors, painted everything and managed all parties: architect, engineer, painter, flooring specialist, electricians, etc. Both times he worked within our tight timeframes. And we trusted him to work while we were away on vacation. Highly recommend him for exception quality work.

Dave Davidson has completed several projects for our family including a bathroom renovation replacing a shower, replacing a number of toilets, and replacing the garage door and its' framing. He approached each project with meticulous care bringing to it a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is unfailing honest, great at communicating and keeps to his word. We are extremely happy with the results of Dave’s work and hope to work with him in the future.

We recently worked with Dave on a complete remodel of two bathrooms (gutting each and starting from scratch). From start to finish the entire experience was fantastic. It's evident Dave is a master of his craft, meticulous to detail and unwilling to take shortcuts. We pivoted on a few design ideas along the way and Dave was open and willing to listen, provide suggestions and feedback with a consultative approach. He is honest, true to his word and ultimately delivered a seamless customer experience. We very much enjoyed getting to know Dave and could not be happier with the end result of his hard work.
