American Way Home Improvement

American Way Home Improvement describes itself on its website as a family-owned business established in 1981, offering roofing, siding, kitchen and bathroom remodeling and floor installations. It lists Westfield and Southwick as its service area. A Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 199809, is active on the state registry with Andrew L. Gorenc as the holder of record. A recent customer said Andy came when a large tree branch fell on their house, patched the holes to prevent leaks, later repaired the holes and installed a new roof. That customer said he worked with their insurance company to explain the materials and labor needed, and cleaned up the grounds and the attic before finishing. An undated Better Business Bureau review says the owner does not complete his work and does not come back to finish it.
