If I could give David higher than 5 stars I would! His knowledge, patience and kindness were above and beyond! Truly thankful to have had him by our side through this whole process. He was attentive to our every need, responded quickly to questions (even those early morning ones!) and was always prepared to go the extra mile. It wasn’t just those customer service things that you can get anywhere, but it was those little things that made a difference. Like contacting town hall to get plans for us, calling the oil company to see how we could get the tank filled - all things that weren’t a part of the sale of the house but helped us immensely. And from a real estate perspective - he knows this market inside and out and gave us the guidance we needed when we needed it. We are thankful to have had him through this entire process!

He got to know our needs and desires but tempered our expectations against our budget. I know we were high maintenance (he won't admit it) and we like to move at the speed of light but he never let it get to him. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
