We can't say enough good things about Paul. We were in need of a realtor in a short amount of time. He came highly suggested by a former Cape Cod realtor who had retired. We were looking for someone who would be completely transparent with us and let us know everything he saw at the homes that he toured with us via video (we lived in another state). He was forthright and always gave us the good and bad of the homes we were interested in. Having a background in construction made his opinions extremely valuable. He stepped in to help us anytime without hesitation, despite having other committments he had to work around. Very friendly and approachable. Despite being several towns away from where we were looking, he was always willing to come to us, however inconvenient. We loved working with him. It was so refreshing to find a trustworthy, competent, straightforward realtor and would never hesitate to reccomend him.

Any questions we had he was quick to respond. He kept a dialogue going with us to make sure everything on our end was on track. The end result, a beautiful home.
