We hired Dawson’s Concrete for the foundation work on our home, and I was impressed with how organized the whole job was. They arrived when they said they would, explained the prep and pouring process clearly, and kept the site reasonably clean as they worked. The crew was friendly and answered my questions along the way. The finished foundation came out exactly as we hoped.

I am honestly shocked by how unprofessional Dawson’s Concrete turned out to be. An employee damaged property and instead of owning up to it, the situation was completely dodged. When I contacted the owner, Eric, hoping he would step in and handle things responsibly, he showed zero interest in doing the right thing. There was no apology, no accountability, not even an attempt to fix the problem. This experience made it very clear that this company does not value integrity regarding their actions. If they refuse to take responsibility for minor damage that already happened, how can anyone trust them around their home or belongings? The lack of integrity was unbelievable. I would never recommend Dawson’s Concrete to anyone. If you care about honesty, accountability, or basic professionalism, choose a different company.
