Small jobs are welcome too: grab bars and outside railings in May 2025, a basement window and a retractable screen door, power washing the side, garage and deck of a condo too tall for its owner to tackle in August 2025. On HomeAdvisor, where most of these accounts sit, the rating is 5.0 across 13 ratings and the profile carries the platform's Approved badge. An Angi area page for West Newton carries one more review naming the company, for front-porch veranda repair and painting. For painting, porch and deck repair, and the running list of household fixes in between, Osvaldo is a straightforward call — most useful if you want one person who will tell you when a job is turning into a bigger one. Ask for the extra work to be priced in writing when that happens.
