A recent customer gave one star and wrote that he was rude, nasty and had alcohol on his breath.
Doug was absolutely wonderful! Doug was contracted to fix our Anderson Window sliding glass door. He was always quickly responded to my phone messages and promptly scheduled the repair after the replacement door came in. On installation day, Doug called ahead to let me know he was on his way. While here, Doug was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleanly. He made sure to clean up all of the broken glass from our original slider and even fixed a few other issues with the sliding door while he was here, going above and beyond expectations. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you, Doug!
