A 2021 customer wrote that a 93 year old steam pipe sprung a leak, spraying rusty water whenever the furnace was running, and that Rich DeCola fit them in ASAP. That 2021 customer called the repair quick and reasonably priced. A 2024 customer wrote that a condo's hot water heater leaked and died, and that Rich scheduled the job for later the same day. That 2024 customer said that on arrival, technician Nick had already removed the old heater and begun installing the new one, and that he cleaned up thoroughly. A 2024 customer wrote that another company had quoted $5000 for a drainage issue that flooded the basement, and that Nick fixed the problem for one tenth of the price. A 2025 customer said Rich called back within 15 minutes of a message left after 5:00pm, and a plumber was there at 8:30 the next morning. A 2025 customer wrote that someone came out to fix their plumbing within a couple of hours of the call, and that the cost seemed reasonable. A 2023 customer had the company do the plumbing for a new kitchen sink and wrote that the sink leaked in the cabinet all the way to the cellar.
