Our experience with All City Remodeling for our total home rebuild after a fire was overall excellent! We were kept informed throughout the project, which finished ahead of schedule and all workers were hard working, friendly, responsive, respectful, and professional. Jerry and Jimmie Casaletto cared about our project and provided us with peace of mind all the way. They handled the hiccups with prompt attention and to complete resolution. They and their crews were dedicated to our project as they went above and beyond the project scope both in and around the house to have us return to a completed home and property. You would not know there was a fire here! We were in constant communication and had lots of q & a which provided the necessary relationship between homeowner and builder to establish trust in both directions. We are very appreciative of their partnership and are so pleased with the end result that is our wonderful forever home that fits perfectly into our neighborhood. They do work fast to deliver, so it is highly recommended to stay one step ahead with your planning, budgeting, personal decisions, and to keep focused and stay engaged in your project. Overall, we were in great hands with Jimmie and Jerry providing us their dedication and expertise throughout the build process.

I cannot say enough about All City Remodeling and I haven’t even signed a contract with them yet. We are putting an ADU on our home and they have been amazing!! Extremely professional and sooo attentive to our needs!!! I am a worry wart and they answer my questions immediately ( of which I have many) and they have set my mind at ease with regards to moving forward with the ADU!!! The architect that they work with, Scott Golden, has been beyond amazing and came up with schematics and drawings that we just could not have imagined! My family and I are so looking forward to working with them and cannot wait to start the project!!! I highly recommend them!!

Choosing All City Remodeling for our kitchen remodel was the best decision we have ever made! My fiancee and I are first time home owners, and after a year of getting our finances lined up it was finally time to undergo our first home renovation. We met with a few other construction companies prior to All City, that ultimately we weren’t comfortable working with as we felt our vision was not being heard. Immediately after meeting with Jerry and Jimmie we knew we were in great hands! They took the time to get to know us as people, what our vision was, what was important to us, and provided us options for flexibility with our budget, which gave us an enormous amount of peace of mind. Going into this we knew it was going to be a tricky job for any company to maneuver given the space we had, however Scott Golden, the architect Jerry recommended, was able to think outside of the box and draw up the perfect blueprint for our project! Once we broke ground, we knew we had the best team for the job, as they were able to smoothly navigate removing a load bearing wall, putting up a recessed steel beam, rerouting a plumbing stack, and tackle a few other unexpected twists and turns along the way with ease. During the construction, Jerry was giving us frequent progress updates as he was on-site every day. He was super responsive and attentive to any questions we had, and he made sure everything was lined up and flowing on time. We wanted to give a huge shout out to Anderson, Bruno, Thiago, Lucas, Alfonso, and the rest of the team, who also worked so hard to give us the home of our dreams. You could tell how much they cared about their craft and truly they all went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a company that’s transparent, does AMAZING work, gives your house the attention as if it’s the only job-site they’re working on, and you never want to worry about if the tradesmen are going to show up and finish on time, All City Remodeling is the company for you. We honestly could not be happier with the final product, All City Remodeling gave us a brand new home and we look forward to using them again in the future!

We chose All City Remodeling to repair our home from a water damaging event, and could not be happier with the choice. Our house was damaged from a plumbing pipe break, resulting gutting two rooms down to the studs, including the heart of our home, the kitchen. Jerry and his son Jimmy were very honest and transparent about the job costs and scope of work, and stayed within budget. They both are great at problem solving when issues arrive and have creative ideas when needed. For instance, being a very old home, our kitchen was plagued with two windows that were partially behind the old cabinets, Jerry had the idea of reframing the exterior wall to eliminate them and add a new single window that was ideally placed above the sink. Jerry was very communicative and at every stage kept us updated with progress photos. They also did a great job of keeping our driveway clean of debris and the dumpsters organized. Bottom line is, Jerry and Jimmy are a pleasure to work, on top of the beautiful finished product. We will always consider using All City Remodeling for future projects! (Upcoming 2nd floor bath remodel, will be calling you Jerry 😉).
