I spoke with Laura yesterday evening, and she scheduled Daniel to swing by this morning, 9/1. Daniel and Andrew were extremely kind and helpful. You can tell Daniel and Laura are dedicated to their service and know how to take care of their customers. We did not end up needing their help for this call but I will be utilizing them for all my plumbing work going forward. Greatly appreciate their response, professionalism, and knowledge sharing. They are the real deal folks!

We have four Mitsubishi mini-split A/C heat pumps that were nearly 15 years old. During the heat wave in July, the two units in our bedrooms were not cooling properly. Since we have a maintenance contract on them (and our furnace) with Boston Standard (who originally installed them as New England Ductless, we called them to perform a leak test. They discovered no leak on the outdoor unit or in the bedroom units, and determined the leak was in the line sets. The recommendation was to replace the entire system, due to the age of the equipment and the leak rate was such that we would likely lose all of the coolant quickly if they recharged the outdoor unit. They gave me an estimate to replace the system, which was nearly as high as we paid for the two outdoor and four indoor units years ago. A friend recommended I call Definition Services and we had Leo Pesegoginski come out and discuss our situation. He provided an estimate that was several thousand dollars lower that what Boston Standard advised. We opted to use Definition to replace the old equipment and install a new Mitsubishi system. Ben Strolsky and James Gabriel (along with two electricians) came out and did a terrific job switching out the old with the new pieces. In less than six hours the system was leak checked, fully charged with coolant and working perfectly. Your employees were very courteous, efficient and removed all of the old pieces, cleaning up both indoors and outdoors when the job was complete. Kudos to Definition Services for everything you did.

Wonderful plumbing service! The cost was fair, and I really appreciated their honesty, care, and professionalism. Daniel and his staff took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right, even coordinating a general contractor to complete the finish work. The two technicians were very nice and professional . Their estimates were too high, even after the discounts they offered. All the best to them. I did not buy from them, just paid the service fee.
