A 2026 review described a burst pipe in an attached greenhouse handled after the reviewer's own maintenance contractor and the fire department both came up short, and a 2023 review described a large, complex mini-split system installed at a price the reviewer called reasonable compared to competing bids. For routine and emergency plumbing or HVAC work it has a strong history; for a less common job like a freestanding tub install, ask directly about the technician's specific experience with it, and get the hourly rate in writing before work starts.
