Dependable Moving & Storage, LLC

Dependable Moving & Storage is a Norwell, MA moving crew run by Dan, who gives estimates in person and often works the job himself. The volume here is hard to ignore — 80 Google ratings, every one of them five stars, plus a five-star mark on Angi. Recent reviews put a face on that number. One family's move from Quincy to Duxbury with three kids in tow turned into what the customer called a 'dream' day — the crew stayed efficient, kind and fast despite the chaos. Another recent review describes Dan letting an anxious, disabled customer sit and watch her belongings get set up in her new, downstairs apartment, taking the time to keep her calm through the process. Named crew members — Mike, Ryan, Cameron, Noah among them — turn up across reviews often enough that it reads like a small, steady team rather than rotating day labor. Several customers are repeat business; in a 2025 review, one said the crew had moved them several times and now refers them to clients. Before calling: in a 2025 review, one customer described Dan's estimate as straightforward and fair, without sales pressure or hidden fees added later — worth confirming that's still how quotes work today. For a full-house move, a stressful last-minute one, or a job that needs some extra patience and care, this is a crew people keep calling back.
