Thirty-one ratings on Thumbtack, every one of them five stars, and the same first name runs through the write-ups: Kyrylo. DH Handyman is a two-person outfit listed in Wilton, New Hampshire, trading two years by Thumbtack's count — long enough to log 34 hires and pick up the platform's Top Pro badge for 2025. The work sits at the small-job end of the trade. This spring a customer prepping his mother's vacant house for sale, handling it from out of town, had him walk the place and flag the repairs a buyer's inspector would catch, then send photos of everything he'd done. In March another hired him to assemble a new sauna; he swapped in his own hardware where he doubted the manufacturer's, and she kept him on to hang a curtain rod and mount a television. The older comments run the same way — routine interior repairs and installations, with punctuality and clear updates the recurring note. Two things to pin down before booking. The rate is printed twice on the same profile and the two don't agree: $85 an hour with a $20 minimum in the booking form, $65 an hour with $150 for the first two hours in the write-up. Get the number in writing. And the whole reputation rests on a single platform — Thumbtack, where only five of those 31 review bodies are actually readable, and where the profile's claim of over a decade of experience describes the owner's own career rather than a two-year-old company. Right call for a punch-list day: a stack of small repairs, mountings and assemblies knocked out in one visit. Confirm he travels to your town — the business is based in Wilton, New Hampshire.

Kyrylo responded to my request promptly. He was polite and communicated clearly. He arrived on site when promised. As someone who is out of town assisting my Mother to prep her vacant home for sale, he was extremely helpful in helping me identify additional items that should be repaired to avoid any issues with a buyers' inspection. He sent detailed pictures of the work performed and the work was well done. I would not hesitate to use his services again. I hired Kyrylo to assemble my new sauna, and he took great care in the process. He even used his own hardware in some areas because he was concerned that the manufacturer's hardware might not be adequate. He did such an excellent job that I also asked him to hang a curtain rod and mount my new TV on the wall. The placement was perfect. He has a keen eye and understands the general guidelines for how and where to position these items. Kyrylo is hardworking, thorough, and kind, and I will definitely hire him again. A working professional with a great demeanor and friendliness. I had probably 15+ wall - hangings that needed to be hung and a few walls to be fixed. I am 100%, thoroughly pleased. Highly recommended and affordable. Five + stars! Kyrylo did a great job patching walls where damage had been done and opening up a doorway. He was punctual and kept me appraised of what he was doing. Very pleased with the outcome. I will certainly use him again. He was knowledgeable and informative right away. Made use of inactive time waiting for paint to dry by being proactive and looking around my house to find things to do and improve. Very helpful handyman, will be using him again and would highly recommend.
