Hundreds of businesses and thousands of workers participate in delivering Mass Save services to households and commercial customers. These services help residents and customers reduce energy use, lower utility bills, and improve comfort and health. Our collective work supports a robust energy efficiency industry in Massachusetts, an industry employing more than 87,000 people statewide. These jobs include Energy Advisors conducting home energy assessments, weatherization installers, heat pump technicians, customer support teams, workforce trainers, and the professionals who manage program funds, ensure quality delivery, and track and report program outcomes. This is a local workforce, rooted in communities across the Commonwealth, that provides meaningful services to customers in every region of the state. The benefits of Mass Save are substantial and well-documented.
