I work alongside Diamond Hill Builders through my cleaning business and I can honestly say their remodels are phenomenal. The attention to detail they put into every project is unbelievable. I get to meet their clients firsthand when I come in for the final cleaning, and every single one of them is beyond happy and satisfied with the results. On top of that, the team is incredibly responsive and on top of everything — communication is seamless from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Diamond Hill for our kitchen renovation late last year and not only are we thrilled with the end result, but the entire process was really a dream come true. Chris and his team met with us early on and really listened to our “wish list” for the kitchen, and provided numerous recommendations based on their experience (all of which we took, and those we didn’t take we regretted later on and ended up changing gears a few times since they were right and REALLY know what they are talking about!). Christian and Becky helped us every step of the way with design, and during the times I was having a hard time making a decision, they were both very helpful when it came to narrowing down options. Diamond Hill booked all of our appointments with different vendors; as a really busy person who never keeps a calendar, it was extremely helpful to know where to show up, when to show up, and what the appointment was for. Once the work actually started, the guys who came over were amazing. Everyone was professional, polite, and after a while really felt like family. They are all perfectionists too, so if something wasn’t completed as expected (even if something I would never notice) they were quick to fix it. We had a dedicated project manager Matt who provided timelines, weekly updates, and was a point person throughout the whole project which kept the entire process moving smoothly. When the project was over, not going to lie, I kind of missed having these guys in the house! Everyone so fun to chat with, while still getting all the work done per the timelines and of the highest quality. Diamond Hill is perfect for any type of person or job, but I would especially recommend them for people like me, who have absolutely zero vision or idea of what they want. The entire team works with you, within your budget, and someone is available every step of the way. 10/10 Recommend!
