Google lists a 5-star average from 55 ratings, while Thumbtack lists 4.9 stars from 142 ratings. A June 2026 customer says Mohamed has visited twice to repair an aging air conditioner, praising his thoroughness and reasonable prices. A May reviewer says Mohamed and his team replaced a furnace after it stopped working the previous November. That customer credits them with explaining everything clearly and keeping the work area clean. Another May customer describes replacement of an old furnace and central-air system with a high-efficiency unit, including ductwork. An August Google reviewer praises Mohammed's communication and courtesy. Separately, an August r/northshore commenter recommends Mohammed in Ipswich, describing a smooth installation, fair pricing and responsiveness to questions. In a July 2025 Google review, a homeowner replacing an old central-air system described Mohamed inspecting the equipment the day after contact and sending quotes at different price points later that day. After the equipment details were finalized, the customer said he arrived three days later at 7 a.m., with cool air flowing a few hours afterward. Another July 2025 reviewer said Mohammad diagnosed an air-conditioning problem involving a Nest thermostat error, repaired the wiring and restored cooling. A December 2025 customer described an old boiler that the worker cleaned and got working. On another occasion, he talked the customer through a fix by phone; he also made a follow-up trip to replace a broken thermocouple at no extra cost. A Thumbtack customer that month likewise described mini-split deep cleaning without attempted upselling. One July 2024 customer reported trouble obtaining help during a heatwave. Their air conditioner was malfunctioning while the contractor was out of town without coverage. After waiting several days, they contacted him the following Monday and said he was still away; the reviewer wrote that they would look for another HVAC company.
