Dick's Masonry and Roofing Corp

On or around July 23, 2025, Dick’s Masonry & Roofingperformed outside foundation insulation work at my home. Within two weeks of completion, I noticed visible gaps between the foundation and the ground, indicating that the work was either incomplete or improperly finished. Since that time, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company—between July 23 October 1, 2025—via phone calls and text messages, which are documented through screenshots. My efforts have either been ignored, met with vague promises to return, or answered with various excuses for their absence. Despite repeated assurances, no one from the company has returned to complete the necessary work. As of October 1, 2025, the issue remains unresolved. The company has provided no clear time-line or explanation, and the incomplete work has left the insulation exposed, raising concerns about potential property damage and reducing the effectiveness of the foundation sealing. This situation has caused both financial and emotional distress, as I am now left with unfinished work and unmet contractual obligations.
