“Custom Cabinetry: Dillon Knight Woodworking.”
To say I feel lucky to have worked with Dillon Knight Woodworking is an understatement. I was at a friends house and I was admiring her gorgeous kitchen island. She said, "a friend made it...he's amazing!" I asked for his info and the rest is history. Dillon responded promptly to my inquiry (a call), came over to look at our project site, created a free estimate and autocad style rendering, and estimated a very fair price for a custom breakfast bench nook with beadboard trim and cubbies to top our cabinetry. He worked quickly, installed everything himself, and takes immense pride in his work. He even dealt with my back and forth over the "right" white! His work was so phenomenal, that we kept him on board to create six custom closets and a pantry with soft-closing doors. We intend to build custom built-in bookcases as well as a piano-key fence. His specialty is elite custom cabinetry and we're sorry we didn't know about him before we did our kitchen. We cannot recommend him enough...especially because he leaves your home cleaner than when he arrived! Photos of our projects are posted to his site.
When my husband and I were considering having a custom vanity made for our new bathroom, Dillon Knight was recommended to us as someone who was "very meticulous, neat and reasonably priced", and they were absolutely right! We'd never had a custom piece of furniture made for a room before and wasn't sure what to expect, but at as soon as we met Dillon, we liked him immediately and knew this was a good decision. He listened closely to our ideas, gave us some good suggestions and product recommendations, then quickly came up with a final design that included all the features we wanted in both the vanity and inset tower cabinets -- and at a very reasonable cost! We were also impressed with the excellent quality of the lumber, paint, hardware and materials that were used, as well as the gorgeous, professional painted cabinet finish (matched to the color of my choice!!). Dillon was extremely easy to work with, respectful and definitely as neat and meticulous as we'd been told. He finished the project quickly and we couldn't be happier with the results! Dillon did an amazing job and we would definitely recommend him to anyone considering custom-made furniture!
