A 2025 customer listed a run of DiMeo projects: a living room fireplace and coffered ceiling with recessed lighting, wainscoting and new lighting in the dining room and foyer, a gutted room turned into a home gym and dance studio, a new full bath, remodels of two existing full baths, a powder room remodel and a deck and patio redesign and build. A 2025 reviewer wrote that they contracted with DiMeo in mid-2022 to build an ADU attached to a free-standing garage, and that nearly three years later they had not found any flaws. That 2025 reviewer said the costs were fair and that DiMeo was chosen from multiple quotes. A 2025 customer described a project during the pandemic in which DiMeo removed existing doors, added framing, raised a floor, matched wood flooring, removed windows, added exterior doors and added a deck, railings and under-rail lighting.
