Its own site says Michael Mazzaglia Sr. founded the company in 1989 after working in asbestos abatement since 1976 and runs it with Michael Mazzaglia Jr. as operations manager, putting it at 37 years in business by the company's own count. Underground storage tank removal, septic work and building maintenance down to pressure cleaning and snow removal round out what it offers. The credentials come from the company itself: its site lists an asbestos supervisor certificate, #000004, an asbestos inspector certificate, I-00018, an asbestos disposal site certification and licences in other states including California and Florida. Ask to see those certificates before an abatement job, and check them with New Hampshire's asbestos program. The public ratings are a different story, and they are not about abatement. Its Google page holds a single 1-star rating, left in June 2025 by someone who wrote that Mike had hired them to drive him to the airport and back in January and had ignored repeated requests for payment ever since; an account of the same kind sits on the company's Better Business Bureau page. The bureau grades the company B-, giving the reason as a failure to respond to one complaint filed against it, and notes on its own profile that the review describes a transaction unrelated to asbestos abatement. For an asbestos, lead or mold job in southern New Hampshire, this is a specialist with a long history by its own account. Get the certificates, a written scope and the disposal plan in hand before work starts, and ask the company about the complaint sitting unanswered on its bureau file.
