Discovery Services in the end were very disappointing and that was a surprise. I hired the service for a list of specific projects. The project was extended several times, as Joaly was either late or had unexpected issues to deal with. I would have still possibly recommended his service but for a surprising lack of professionalism when I discovered the next day he’d entirely missed one of the cabinets in the kitchen, and this after having left the night before having been fully paid, with an extra amount thinking the job was done. He’s promised multiple times he’d be back to finish since then only to disappear. His comment when he confirmed the check would clear now rings hollow “Thank you for trusting me.” Apparently that was a mistake. He’s disappeared since. I wouldn’t hire him or his company again nor recommend him to anyone else.
