The company says Ed Robbins took over the dealership in 2001 after working for its previous owners as an installer. Customers describe both new installations and repairs to existing systems. An August 2026 Google reviewer credited Ed with revamping and upgrading a fence after major home renovations. Another customer described him finding a fault beneath thick bushes, rewiring the damaged section and burying the new line. A June reviewer said the installers communicated clearly, arrived when promised and installed an invisible fence in a yard that was difficult to navigate. Training gets specific praise too. A July customer said installation and training went smoothly and found Ed's instruction helpful. In a June 2025 review, a homeowner described an initial visit to discuss options, helpful written materials and installation within two weeks of that meeting. That reviewer said Ed and Marshall were patient while helping the dog—and teaching the owner—to use the system. Support also extends to the collars. An April 2026 customer said the company guided them through replacing a battery and cover and resetting the power level, with videos to help them do it correctly. Another said a replacement they had called to buy was treated as a warranty item, with shipping and handling the only charges. A May reviewer described a visit within hours of calling after an animal encounter, during which the workers checked equipment and collars and tested the dogs' awareness of the fence. Google showed a 5-star average from 147 ratings in August 2026, and the company's BBB page carried an A+ grade. A June 2026 four-star reviewer nevertheless said repair costs had increased dramatically. That same customer praised clear arrival-time communication, punctuality and the repair work. In a September 2025 review, another customer said Marie explained billing rates when scheduling a repair, and Marshall completed the work thoroughly.
