A 2026 customer said a bathroom renovation took longer because the customer had not arranged timely delivery of the bathtub and tile, but was pleased with the result.
We had a bathroom renovation and are very happy with the results. We were asked to purchase the bathtub and tile and this added to extending the schedule as we did not have things delivered on time (my fault- not theirs). But in the end we are very pleased.
The best service! I’ve worked with Rubem on multiple projects and he and his team never fail to impress me. Attention to detail and very professional :)
We hired Rubem and his team to put a brand new bathroom in our basement. At every stage it was a pleasure to work with them - communication was excellent, work was prompt and very well executed. We'd absolutely hire them again for other projects. I would especially note that the tiling in our new shower ended up looking absolutely spectacular, with real attention to quality and detail. We're incredibly happy with the results.
Upperroom Construction recently replaced rotted wood planks, stairs, and railings on our large backyard deck. Rubem's team was extremely professional and worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. After removing the rotted deck, Rubem's team discovered the deck joists were not properly supported and brought this to our attention. They made the necessary adjustments to the supports and continued to complete the project with a minimal increase in cost for labor and materials. I will be recommending Upperroom Construction to anyone needing renovation work to their home. Extremely satisfied with the work.
Rubem and team were excellent to deal with and completely transformed our outdated guest bathroom into a modern and very functional spa-like retreat.
