A paid A/C replacement that never happened is the central complaint in an August 2024 Google review of Done Right Mechanical Services. The customer said the worker repeatedly failed to show up and that a court judgment in their favor had gone ignored as of that review. A September 2022 reviewer raised a separate equipment-and-payment dispute. They said Bobby quoted and charged for an 18K BTU heat pump but supplied a 12K system, a $600 price difference. According to the customer, an electrician brought the mismatch to their attention; Bobby acknowledged it in writing but had not refunded the difference after several months. These are the customers’ accounts of those disputes. Other customers wrote positively. In July 2025, one Google reviewer described Bobby as honest and hardworking and said they would keep using him. A January 2023 reviewer thanked Bobby for his work, while a December 2022 reviewer praised the service. Google lists a 4-star average from eight ratings. The Worcester company says it serves Worcester County and offers boiler, ventilation, A/C and refrigeration-unit installation, with free estimates. BBB gives it an A+ grade and lists it as not accredited. Its history claims differ: the website says it started in 2000, while its August 2026 BBB profile states seven years in business.
